NRI WEALTH RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Location: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai (Onsite) Experience Required: 3 years+ (Work From Office) Joining Date : Immediate or within 1 month Salary Range: up TO 15 lpa + Additional benefits as per company's norms (Medi claim, Incentives, Travel Allowance, Phone Allowance etc)
Monday to Saturday 9:45AM-6:45PM Except 2nd Saturday

Preferred Sector: BFSI (Knowledge about Mutual Funds / Insurance Products)
I: KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: A NRI Wealth Relationship Manager would primarily deal with individual NRI; HNI customers and advise them on various financial products and services offered by the organization. The job involves travelling abroad for client meetings and event participation.
# Business Sourcing and revenue Generation: 1. To Source new business by acquiring new NRI clients and/or from cross selling of products to the existing NRI and HNI clients 2. Acquire, retain, and deepen NRI Clients portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through, wealth management products, real estate products, asset related products (secured, unsecured) and any other products being offered by the organization... 3. Grow NRI AUM and Sales revenue on a month on month basis. 4. Support Managers in developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives. 5. Increase product per customer on a regular basis within current NRI customer base.
6. Organize and participate in all promotion activities organized at the organization. # Operational Governance. 1. Ensure all processes are followed to ensure that there are no operating losses/ Frauds. 2. Accurate and timely processing of customer instructions 3. Ensure adherence to KYC Norms. 4. Maintain standards to comply with Company Audit.
# Customer Experience Management  1. Ensure effective relationship management by monitoring the movement of the NRI customers and implement a customer retention program.  2. Minimize rejections and customer complaints to create a wow experience. 3. Hold periodic customer meets and branch promotions to generate more business. 4. Customer query handling / complaint resolution. 5. Specific initiatives taken to improve service and reduce bottlenecks and customer complaint 6. Customer visits as per laid down call frequency.
II: INDICATIVE KPIs 1. % Achievement of Sales Acquisition; Revenue targets. 2. % Achievement of Book Growth targets. 3. % Achievements of Service Standards.
III: COMPETENCIES SKILLS REQUIRED A Relationship Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies required are: 1. Excellent communication Skills 2. Understanding and interest in financial products and markets 3. Ability to analyze information. 4. Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. 5. Good sales, negotiation, influencing skills. 6. Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
 Passport is a must as candidate has to travel to international locations multiple times
