Were looking for a results-driven Real Estate Analyst who will support the asset management and investment functions of our SM REIT portfolio, focusing on tenant management, financial modeling, asset valuation, and lease analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quarterly and annual asset valuations using DCF, income cap, and market comparison approaches.
  • Maintain rent rolls and lease abstracts; analyze lease terms, expiries, and rent escalations.
  • Coordinate with property managers and leasing agents to track tenant-related activities, including renewals and delinquencies.
  • Analyze and monitor key asset metrics: occupancy, NOI, lease rollover, and expense variances.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for existing assets and potential investment scenarios.
  • Perform submarket research and competitor benchmarking to support leasing and pricing decisions.
  • Prepare internal asset management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Support lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease terms and financial obligations.
  • Contribute to investment committee materials and presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Track market trends and macroeconomic indicators affecting commercial real estate performance.

Candidate Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, REITs, investment analysis, or property finance.
  • Recognized undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
