Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Valuation Analyst based in Bengaluru. The Valuation Analyst will conduct comprehensive business valuation and financial modeling, analyze financial data to assess company performance, prepare detailed valuation reports, and collaborate with clients to acquire pertinent financial and operational data. Additionally, the role involves supporting decision-making processes by providing insights into financial trends and preparing presentations of valuation findings for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation methodologies
  • Strong skills in Financial Modeling and Finance
  • Sharp Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial and operational data
  • Ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, or equivalent are beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
