Candidate Preference
We are specifically looking for individuals preferably between the age of years, who has prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or EdTech calling. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working from our Vikhroli West office, possess a goal-driven and persuasive attitude, and be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
Share a brief overview of courses and offerings.
- Schedule appointments for detailed counselling sessions with academic counsellors
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and feedback using CRM tools. Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth handovers.
Requirements
- years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
