Role Overview

As the Project Manager for Healthcare Clinics, you'll be a key player in the Supertails Expansion and Growth function. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end execution of our new veterinary clinics and pet care centers across India. This role requires a proactive and organized professional who can manage all aspects of civil projects, from planning and budgeting to on-site execution and quality assurance. You'll be instrumental in helping us scale our physical footprint, ensuring each new clinic is built to our high standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities


Planning & Scheduling
: Develop and manage detailed project execution plans for

civil works using project management tools like Gantt charts and PERT diagrams.

Ensure all project milestones are clearly defined and met, leading to the timely

handover of new clinic facilities.


Budget Management:
Create, track, and control the capital expenditure (CAPEX)

for each civil project. Continuously analyze costs to improve the per-square-foot cost

of construction while maintaining quality standards.


Liaison & Vendor Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external

partners. Work closely with turnkey contractors and build a robust network of reliable

vendors and suppliers for pan-India project execution.


Quality & Auditing
: Conduct regular, on-site audits and inspections based on

pre-defined checklists to ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and design

specifications throughout the construction process.


Execution & Oversight:
Drive the daily execution of all project activities, ensuring

alignment with the overall project plan. Anticipate and resolve any on-site issues to

maintain project momentum and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

● Experience
:[ 4-6] years of progressive experience in managing civil construction projects, preferably in the retail, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.


Project Management Skills
: Proven expertise in using project management

methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt, PERT) to successfully deliver projects on time

and within budget.

● Financial Acumen
: Strong understanding of CAPEX budgeting, cost control, and

financial reporting.


Vendor Relations
: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage

contractors and vendors effectively.


Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to quality control and on-site auditing.


Communication
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with

internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

: Willingness to travel extensively across India for site visits and project audits
