AI project managers identify key stakeholders and understand their requirements. They communicate effectively between team members and stakeholders for smooth project operations. They set realistic expectations and manage project scope, budget, and schedule changes.

Project Delivery and Evaluation

AI project managers adhere to high standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables. They track project performance and conduct post-project evaluations. They are also responsible for project closure through documentation and other assessments.
