Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project objectives are met to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

∙Project Planning & Coordination oDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.

oCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

oDefine project roles and responsibilities and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

∙Execution & Monitoring

oManage day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines.

oMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track.

oImplement project management best practices, tools, and templates.

∙Stakeholder Communication

oServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.

oProvide regular updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

oFacilitate meetings, resolve issues, and manage expectations.

∙Risk & Quality Management

oIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

oEnsure quality control throughout the project life cycle.

oConduct project post-mortems and create lessons learned documentation.

∙Team Leadership oLead, motivate, and support project team members to achieve project goals.

oFoster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Requirements ∙Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.

∙3–5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.

∙Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

∙Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).

∙Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

∙Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

∙Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹695, ₹2,010,696.00 per year
