The Company

The Pianosa Project focuses on large-scale content creation and media management for e-commerce marketplaces and brands. Our primary USP is the use of automation to create content at large volumes. There are primarily 4 departments in the company: Production & Editing, Influencer Management, Live Content and Media Campaigns. We work across multiple categories with a primary focus on e-commerce, working with brands like Amazon, Pidilite, Agaro, Puma, Flipkart and many more.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Production Manager to support the production of digital films, branded content, and livestream campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital media, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibilities across the production pipeline. The Junior Production Manager will assist the Production Manager, while gradually taking ownership of smaller projects.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Planning & Coordination:

Assist in planning and executing shoots for branded content, short-format videos, and livestreams. Ensure all pre-shoot requirements, from call sheets to logistics, are in place.

Client Servicing Support:

Participate in client meetings for note-taking, follow-ups, and status updates. Help manage timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

Creator & Talent Coordination:

Liaise with digital creators, influencers, and on-screen talent to ensure clear briefs, schedules and smooth on-ground execution.

·       
Production Logistics & Budgeting:

Support in managing production schedules, vendor coordination and on-set requirements. Assist in tracking expenses and maintaining production budgets under senior guidance.

Vendor & Freelancer Management:

Coordinate with editors, DOPs, stylists and other freelancers for specific project needs. Ensure timely onboarding, communication and payment follow-ups.

Pre-Production & Post-Production Assistance:

Oversee day-to-day tasks like script breakdowns, shot lists and basic edits/reviews to ensure timely project completion.
