Job Description

· Monitors the project workload of the teams.

· Analyzes the demand for resources.

· Plans project work at the creative and design departments – defines priorities, allocates duties, sets deadlines.

· Coordinates the work of creative teams.

· Cooperates with all teams and other departments (Client Service, Project Management).

· Monitors the schedules and progress of the planned activities.

· Solves routine project issues.

· Supports routine communication between the teams.

· Prepares short-term and long-term action plans.

Qualifications

· Minimum 4+ year of experience in a similar position in the creative or digital industry.

· Knowledge of creative processes, digital production and/or video post-production.

· Basic knowledge of 360° marketing activities.

· Experience with managing production projects (concept / design / e-commerce design / copywriting / motion design / UX).

· Ability to build project teams.

· Highly developed analytical skills.

· Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project management (e.g., Agile, Jira, Toggl).

· Ability to plan and organize the work of the team.

· Initiative and independence in action.

· Fluent command of English.
