Role Overview

We are looking for a
Junior Product Manager
to join our dynamic team and contribute to building next-generation financial products. The ideal candidate should have experience in
loan lending applications
,
fintech platforms
, or
digital financial products
, and be passionate about delivering user-centric solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, and marketing) to define and execute product roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, feedback, and data to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing features for lending, payments, and user journey flows.
  • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support in tracking product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate with UI/UX teams to create seamless, intuitive experiences for users.
  • Participate in market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on fintech trends and evolving user expectations.
  • Ensure timely product releases by working closely with development and QA teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience
    in product management, preferably in
    loan lending applications
    ,
    digital banking
    ,
    payment gateways
    , or
    fintech products
    .
  • Strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, and credit lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum product environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable plans.
  • Passion for fintech innovation and a user-first mindset.
