As a Product Manager – Data & AI, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven and AI-enabled products that create meaningful impact. You'll work at the intersection of technology, data, and social innovation to design scalable solutions that empower governments, organizations, and communities to build smarter and more sustainable systems.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational and mission goals.
  • Lead Product Development: Drive cross-functional collaboration to design, build, and deliver impactful AI and data products.
  • Execute and Scale: Oversee product launches, ensure user adoption, and continuously enhance products through data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, training, and outreach initiatives.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the team, mentoring junior members to achieve their potential.

Core Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally within data, AI, or GovTech domains.
  • Proven success in taking products from concept to scale in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Strong expertise in user research, product prioritization, and prototyping.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive social impact and promote sustainable, data-driven governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
