The Company

The Pianosa Project focuses on large-scale content creation and media management for e-commerce marketplaces and brands. Our primary USP is the use of automation to create content at large volumes. There are primarily 4 departments in the company: Production & Editing, Influencer Management, Live Content and Media Campaigns. We work across multiple categories with a primary focus on e-commerce, working with brands like Amazon, Pidilite, Agaro, Puma, Flipkart and many more.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile team lead and project manager to drive the execution of branded content, livestreams and digital films. This role requires someone who can manage production workflows, collaborate with creators and ensure seamless delivery of projects with high creative and production standards. The role will require close work with clients and internal teams while taking ownership of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production of branded content, livestreams and influencer campaigns.
  • Managing clients by presenting ideas, managing revisions and expectations.
  • Collaborate with creators to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors for each project.
  • Oversee production budgets and timelines, focusing on efficient execution.
  • Create and maintain clear and detailed SOPs for all projects.
  • Maintain clear workflows and details in the software, and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Create monthly accruals and billings for all the projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of video production, livestreaming or digital content.
  • Experience using SAAS software and a structured workflow.
  • Client-facing experience while managing projects.
  • Experience managing small teams and workflows.
  • A strong emphasis on organizational and multitasking skills.
