Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Hardware Technical Support - L1 professional, based in Bengaluru South, with partial remote work flexibility. The role involves providing first-level technical support for hardware issues, troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related queries, and assisting in ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware systems. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hardware Development and Circuit Design
  • Strong understanding of Hardware, Hardware Architecture, and Computer Hardware
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective technical support
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Relevant experience in hardware technical support is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
