**Job Title: IT Hardware Support Executive**

**Experience**: 2 - 3 years

**Location**: Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange and conduct product demos for customers, showcasing rugged laptop features.
- Address customer queries promptly and effectively, providing technical assistance for rugged laptops.
- Oversee and manage Proof of Concept (POC) setups for customers, ensuring the solution meets their requirements.
- Handle post-sales/service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints or issues.
- Provide high-quality customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the hardware support process.
- Offer guidance to customers regarding product setup, installation, and maintenance.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware systems like rugged laptops
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and monitor system performance.
- Maintain hardware inventory and assist with equipment repairs/replacements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with computer hardware
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with managing and executing Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations.
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems, troubleshooting tools
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
