**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned region.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers and distributors.
- Increase product availability in key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Execute retail engagement and promotional activities to generate demand.
- Explore and develop new market opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product and sales strategies.
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Sales.
- Experience: 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in architectural hardware or related sectors.
- Preferred Industry Background:
Europa, Pidilite, Hettich, Hafele, Dorset, Godrej, Ebco, Ozone, Blum, Dormakaba, Hardwyn, Link Locks, Assa Abloy, GEZE, KAFF, Labacha, Eagle Hardware, Aaryan Hardware, Kliq Hardware.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Hindi, English, and local regional language.
- Excellent MS Office and Google Workspace skills (especially Google Sheets).
- In-depth understanding of the sales process.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
