Candidate Profile:

2-4 years of experience in tech sales, particularly in outbound calling. (US Market)

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.

Research Skills: Strong research abilities to identify and analyse potential sales opportunities.

Should understand tools and solutions such as CRM, ERP, Custom development.

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Role & responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Sales Research: Perform thorough research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Candidate must be open for Full time work from office. (5 Days Working)

Location: Lower Parel-Mumbai

Work Timings: Depending on over lapping working hours of US/UK/APAC

region.(Shift time-12 PM to 9 PM)
