Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (KAM) specializing in manufacturing sales at Crescendo Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. The position is located in Pune. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, identifying business opportunities, planning strategies, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, and driving account performance to achieve organizational goals.

  • Strong expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Proven skills in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Effective Analytical Skills to assess and improve account performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or consulting sector is advantageous
