Technical Sales Manager

J K Exim Pvt Ltd has grown up as a matured business organization primarily into technology products for rolling stock in the area of fire protection, electropneumatic systems and condition monitoring. With international collaborations and in house R&D we are able to offer products and solutions meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in line with company offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including tendering, bidding, technical proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
- Lead presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with clients.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals, compliance with tender requirements, and follow-up for closures.
- Payments follow up
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in Government & PSU sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Technical knowledge of Electronics/Electrical solutions with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/ MBA (Sales and Marketing)
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Technical/Enterprise sales with focus on Government & PSU clients.
- Strong network and existing relationships with decision-makers in PSUs/Government bodies will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
