Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and engage potential clients within the waterproofing and construction industryAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsBuild and nurture strong, long -term relationships with key stakeholders and customersDeliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clientsDraft and manage technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentationLiaise with internal technical and product development teams for custom client needsTrack market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategyMaintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on pipeline and performance QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field6–9 years of relevant experience in specialty chemicals, construction chemicals, or building materialsStrong technical understanding of waterproofing systems, products, and applicationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishProven track record in B2B technical sales and customer relationship management Desired SkillsIn -depth knowledge of the construction chemicals industryAbility to analyze technical requirements and offer tailored solutionsStrong problem -solving skills and business acumenExperience with sales CRM tools and coordination systemsSelf -motivated, with a passion for customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
