• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff. &


• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for data entry and using the hospital's management system.


• Cash Handling: Accuracy and efficiency in handling financial transactions.


• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.


• Professional Demeanor: A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.


• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required.


• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
