Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, promoting Crystara products, and negotiating client contracts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in the commodities or FMCG industries is a plus
