Position Overview

We are hiring a Project-Based Sales Partner who can bring projects for our Digital Marketing and Custom Software Development company. This role is purely incentive-based, where the candidate will earn 35% of the total project cost for every project they bring and close.

Compensation Structure Commission: 35% of Total Project Value

  • Earn 35% from each project you bring.
  • No limit — more projects = more earnings.
  • Paid immediately after client payment is received.
  • No fixed salary → Pure partnership model.

Example:

If you bring a project worth ₹1,00,000 → You earn ₹35,000.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Acquisition

  • Identify and connect with potential clients who need software development, websites, digital marketing, mobile apps, ERP/CRM, etc.
  • Generate leads through networking, online platforms, field work, LinkedIn, referrals, and cold calling.

2. Client Communication

  • Understand project requirements and share them with the company.
  • Present our services confidently and professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings between the client and our technical team.

3. Project Closure

  • Negotiate with clients and finalize deals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
  • Assist in documentation and proposal sharing (support will be given by our company).

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term connections for recurring business.
  • Promote various company services to potential customers.
