Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and client meetings. Support in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain positive business relationships. 3. Team Support & Coordination Work closely with the sales team to monitor performance and provide guidance. Assist in training and motivating junior sales executives. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives. 4. Reporting & Analysis Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
