A Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to ensure smooth operations. 2
  • Customer Relations: Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 2
  • Order Management: Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product numbers, and follow up on order fulfillment. 2
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement. 2
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new sales staff and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet their quotas and targets. 2
  • Coordination of Sales Activities: Organize sales presentations, maintain sales materials, and coordinate marketing events to support the sales team. 2

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to support the sales team. 2
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members. 2
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer issues and provide solutions promptly. 2
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales data and reports. 2
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales support or a related field is often preferred. 2

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
