Company Description

Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build the first MLS in India while scaling up adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales team operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, coordinating with clients, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, participating in sales meetings, and assisting in the training and mentoring of junior sales staff.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
