Job Description:

 We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for Virar location.

Job Description:

  • Presenting an idea to enhance brand awareness and also to increase sales.
  • Meeting clients in outlets giving them information about properties solving their queries.
  • Assisting Head in sales & marketing of various residential projects of Builders & Developers in Residential Services.
  • Figure out the potential of new projects and to do tie-ups with them.
  • Handling clients to solve their queries and also sell them residential projects in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
  • Making Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders.
  • Meeting Targets with Quarterly Deadliness & Business Development operations.

"Positive Sales Leads will be provided by the Company only"

 Week off: All Tuesday + 1st Wednesday of every month

Salary: upto 35 K + mobile + travalling + very good Incentive

 Candidate's Profile:

  • Good English Communication.
  • Go getting Attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.

The candidate should have his own bike and should be ready to travel locally(Mindatory)
