Reporting to: Business Head - Sales & Marketing
Dsoft is hiring the Senior Business Development Manager for SuvarnaSetu - Jeweler's Personalized Business App. Our specialized platform aims to elevate retail jewellers business through personalized promotion strategies in app. The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving revenue generation within the assigned region through strategic client acquisition for our personalized business app by focusing on the target segment of retail jewellers. Job Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue growth within the assigned region as per decided strategy & planning in alignment with organizational goals.
Achieve assigned sales targets with consistency.
Implement effective sales tactics and initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
- Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the jewelry retail and jewelry wholesale & manufacturing sectors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail jewelers to enhance revenue streams.
Collaborate with the team to explore innovative approaches for business expansion.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proactively engage with clients to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential areas for revenue growth and improvement.
- Collaborative Approach & Regular Reporting:
Cooperate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for better output.
Adhere to structured reporting framework of daily, weekly, monthly regular reports to produce key metrics, milestones, and project updates with your regular reports.
Open to feedback mechanism to make continuous improvements and address any challenges faced by you.
Required Skill Sets:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to understand client needs and provide effective revenue-focused solutions.
Education: Master OR bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 Years Field Experience is required. Add on advantage to the candidate having experience of Jewelry OR Diamond retail/wholesale/manufacturer industry.
Open Locations: Ahmedabad. Willing to Travel PAN India.
