Live Chat Executive

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Live Chat Support team. If you have strong communication skills and experience in an international BPO environment, we'd love to meet you

Role Overview:

As a Live Chat Executive, you'll be responsible for assisting global customers via chat, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of experience in any International BPO process

Must be a Graduate (any discipline)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Comfortable with UK shift and rotational split offs

Immediate joiners preferred

Location: SP Infocity, Phursungi, Pune

Shift: UK Shift (Rotational)
