Position: Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice)

Location: WNS Global Services, Weikfield IT Citi Info Park, Viman Nagar, Pune

Shift: Rotational Shifts (including night shift )

Eligibility:

  • Graduate Freshers Only (Any stream 2022, 2023 ,2024 and 2025 pass-outs welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Description (JD):

Join our dynamic customer service team and assist clients through real-time chat support. No phone calls involved only digital interaction

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle live chat with customers
  • Respond promptly and accurately to queries
  • Provide product/service details and resolve issues
  • Maintain chat quality standards and productivity
  • Document conversations properly in the system

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Good typing speed & grammar
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
