Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bhopal Area for a Tender Manager. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from preparation to submission. Daily tasks include tender management, procurement, sales activities, and project management. The role also requires coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tenders.

Qualifications

  • Tender Management and Tender Preparation skills
  • Procurement and Sales skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the electrical or power industry is a plus
