Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Tender Executive
to manage the complete tendering process, including documentation, coordination, and timely submissions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with
GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal operations
and a strong understanding of public and private sector tender procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in line with deadlines
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely execution
  • Operate and manage activities on the
    GeM portal
    , including bid submissions, product listings, and vendor registration
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation and approvals
  • Maintain accurate records and secure storage of all tender-related files
  • Analyze tender requirements and provide strategic inputs for bid decisions

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tender management
  • Mandatory experience with GeM portal operations
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation and government procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Proficient in time management and organizational abilities
