About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and relationship management for government projects in the health sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing tenders, and liaising with government departments and agencies to drive institutional growth for Chandan Healthcare Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within state and central government health departments, public hospitals, and related institutions.
- Handle the end-to-end government tender process from identification, documentation, submission to follow-ups and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, government officials, and health administrators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the healthcare domain.
- Ensure compliance with all government norms, empanelment requirements, and tender terms.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure timely project implementation.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in government / institutional sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of government procurement systems, GeM portal, and tender management.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and follow-through.
