JOB DESCRIPTION

Briefly describe the major responsibilities of the role holders immediate subordinates

1) Pre-tender Activity

2) Seminar Product Promotion to Customers

3) Marketing Intelligence

4) Techno commercial evaluation

5) Offer Tender Preparation

6) Post tender Activities

7) Order Negotiation

8) Contract Review in line with offer

9) Execution of Order

10) Payment Collection

Section Two:- Job Purpose

Achieve customer satisfaction through responsive interactions and enhance marker share through existing

customer retention and new customer acquisition.

1) Tendering Sales

2) This will help in achieving Sales Targets and Divisional Top & Bottom Line.

3) Meet the Budgeted Order Input and Sales.

Section Three: Key Accountabilities

Accountability Cluster: Accountability Statement

Divisional Business Goals : To achieve the Order Input, Sales, Payment Collection for SF6 Breakers, Isolators, Control

& Relay Panel from all the Electricity Boards, Utilities and EPC Contractors.

Process

*Preparation of Techno-Commercial Offers for the EBs, Utilities within a due date & timely

response to the Post tender queries and receive the Purchase Orders with respect to our

Offer.

*Coordination for Execution of Orders till Payment Collection.

Promotion of new products: Promotion and Seminars for new Products

Section Four:- Decision Making

Decisions made by Role Holder:

1. Frequent Visits to Customer for Understanding for Customer

requirement before quoting our offer.

Educational qualifications (Threshold educational

background required to execute the role): Engineering Degree

Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant

experience required to execute the role): 3+ Years Experience in Marketing & Sales of

Medium High voltage Switchgear/ Transformers from reputed organisation.

Necessary Functional Skills required for this job:

1. Knowledge in switchgear products.
