Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager / Senior Civil Engineer with 8-12 years of proven expertise in handling government projects. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, quality control, and timely delivery of assigned projects while ensuring adherence to client requirements and statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise execution of civil works for government infrastructure/residential projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, and government officials to ensure smooth execution and approvals.
  • Prepare and review project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and compliance as per government standards and contractual obligations.
  • Lead project teams, supervise site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Handle documentation, billing, and contractual correspondence.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget, quality, and timelines.

Key Requirements

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering with extensive exposure to government projects.
  • Strong knowledge of government tendering, contracts, and specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure works.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
