
Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused affiliate marketing strategy to drive sign-ups, trials, and paid conversions.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliates, partners, and referral channels.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates to ensure engagement and alignment with product goals.
- Create and optimize affiliate campaigns, offers, and creatives for higher conversions.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance data CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates — and report insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
- Monitor compliance, fraud, and affiliate attribution accuracy using tracking tools.
- Stay current with affiliate marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
- Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and achieving measurable growth.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking systems (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, Refersion, Everflow).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with partners and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with agility and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing B2B affiliate or referral programs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Intercom, or similar).
- Understanding of SaaS metrics like MRR, churn, CAC, and ARR.
