As we expand our community, we're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who can blend relationship-building with data-driven growth, leading our affiliate network to the next stage of performance and scale.
Role OverviewThe Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships that drive user growth through performance-based and retainer-led collaborations.
The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with crypto or trading ecosystems, has a strong partner network, and thrives at the intersection of community building, analytics, and marketing ROI.
Affiliate Acquisition & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners — including traders, sub-brokers, wealth managers, finance influencers, and community leaders — to drive consistent user acquisition.
Network Development: Build a loyal, high-performing affiliate ecosystem that contributes meaningfully to monthly acquisition and trading targets.
Nano & Micro Creator Programs: Develop retainer-based partnerships with nano and micro creators who have niche yet engaged financial audiences.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, consistent communication with affiliates — providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and campaign updates to maximize performance and retention.
Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, monitor partner ROAS, and analyze affiliate dashboards to identify top-performing segments, underperforming channels, and opportunities for optimization.
Budget Management: Work within defined marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI from payouts and incentive spends while balancing acquisition cost and retention metrics.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, CAC trends, ROAS, and other KPIs for internal stakeholders.
Strategic Growth: Explore new partnership avenues such as Telegram trading communities, local finance clubs, or niche online forums to expand reach.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the brand, performance, and tech teams to improve tracking systems, creatives, and the overall affiliate experience.
3+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing, preferably in crypto, trading, or fintech.
Proven experience in acquiring and managing performance-based affiliates and optimizing them for scale.
Strong knowledge of crypto or equity trading ecosystems, referral mechanics, and commission models.
Hands-on experience in ROAS analysis, cost-per-acquisition (CPA) tracking, and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in working with Excel/Google Sheets, analytics dashboards, or affiliate tracking tools.
Ability to manage budgets strategically, maximizing ROI and maintaining cost efficiency.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a relationship-first approach.
Strong network of existing affiliates, sub-brokers, or creators in the finance/crypto domain.
Prior experience running affiliate programs for crypto exchanges, stock trading apps, or investment platforms.
Familiarity with analytics tools, SQL or CRM dashboards.
Comfort with data-driven storytelling — turning numbers into actionable marketing insights.
