Job Description:

Cronbay Technologies is looking for a
results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive
to join our performance marketing team. This role involves working with global affiliates and publishers to drive growth through performance-based marketing models such as
CPI, CPL, CPA, and CPS
. If you're passionate about affiliate marketing and data analysis, and have some experience (even internships) with MMP tools, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-performing affiliates and publishers.
  • Manage and nurture existing affiliate relationships to boost revenue.
  • Optimize campaigns across CPI, CPL, CPA, and CPS models for maximum performance.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as installs, conversions, ROAS, and affiliate performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using tools like
    AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch
    , etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling affiliate offers and creatives.
  • Detect and mitigate ad fraud, ensuring all partners adhere to campaign guidelines.
  • Generate regular performance reports and suggest strategic improvements.
  • Manage affiliate budgets, commission structures, and payouts efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (internships count).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)
    – AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Kochava.
  • Understanding of postback integrations and tracking/attribution logic.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • MBA in Marketing
    or a related field preferred.
