About Us:

Challenger Advisors LLP is a leading investment banking firm committed to delivering strategic financial solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership in managing deal flow, client coordination, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence and update deal status regularly.
  • Coordinate and follow up with firm partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure efficient filing of records.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain a deal and investors charter with comprehensive details.
  • Adhere to firm protocols, including timesheet filling, task updates, and participation in online training & knowledge sessions on the company's network and server.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/BMS in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to candidates with relevant skills and interest in investment banking operations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to take instructions and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional city meetings.
  • Limited travel outside the city.
  • Hybrid work options available on a need basis.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of ₹6 LPA (negotiable based on experience).
