Role & Responsibilities

  • Interact with premium international members (US, Canada, Australia) over calls.
  • Present 's VIP services in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with empathy and trust.
  • Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only
  • Excellent English communication skills (clarity and fluency essential)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO (Sales, Retention, Upselling, or Collections preferred)
  • Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills
