Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end software sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across industries.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions (Web, App, SaaS, E-commerce, Custom Software).
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, demos, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
  • Stay updated on software industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Software Sales / IT Sales / SaaS Sales.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, SaaS models, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused personality.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
