Job Title: Sales Team member – Back Office (Middle East Market – IT Hardware Sales)

Work Location: Kochi, Kerala.

Department: Sales (Back Office Support)

Reports To: Sales manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDE to contribute to our Back Office Sales Team based in India. The team supports and executes sales operations for IT Hardware products targeting clients in the KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware sales, excellent skills, and experience working with international markets, particularly the Middle East is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management:

  • Identify the target market.
  • Cold Calling
  • Introduce the products & solutions to the potential customers.
  • Generate inquiries from the customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, presales, technical support, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution.

Market & Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of IT hardware products (servers, storage, networking equipment, peripherals).
  • Stay informed on Middle East market trends, client preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide input to sales strategies based on market intelligence.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 1+years of experience in sales operations or IT hardware sales;
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT hardware products
  • Market Exposure: Experience working with Middle East clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems..

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
