
Experienced – Lead Generation Expert

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Expert to drive pipeline growth and help achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B/B2C lead generation and be comfortable using digital tools to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and CRM tools for prospecting.
- Research and build high-quality lead lists across industries.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and follow up with prospects.
- Track lead metrics, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high lead-to-conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation/inside sales.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
