Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating potential business opportunities for the IT products and services offered by the company. This role involves researching prospects, reaching out to potential clients, and qualifying leads to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the IT sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
  • Maintain and update the lead database in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and track lead conversion rates.
  • Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve lead generation strategies by analyzing data and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) to track leads and manage sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT products, software solutions, or SaaS offerings.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing techniques for lead generation.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate lead quality and conversion metrics.
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience.
