Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Team:
    Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive team performance and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead by Example:
    Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to demonstrate best practices to your team, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and report team performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions where needed to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Prospecting & Lead Qualification:
    Oversee prospecting efforts, ensuring high-quality leads are generated, qualified, and passed through the sales pipeline effectively.
  • CRM Management:
    Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM entries for leads, prospects, and opportunities. Help the team stay organized and maintain data integrity.
  • Market & Competitor Research:
    Provide insights on industry trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor activity, enabling the team to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Training & Development:
    Conduct regular training sessions for team members, helping them develop their skills and stay motivated.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Ensure smooth communication with clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
