Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Team Lead to manage and guide our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, Flutter, , , UI/UX, and software testing, along with strong project management and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution, maintaining code quality, mentoring developers, and coordinating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the software development team, including frontend, backend, UI/UX, and QA professionals.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, delivery, and support.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, UI/UX best practices, and testing protocols.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-quality, scalable applications using:
  • Frontend: Flutter,
  • Backend: Python,
  • Review code, debug critical issues, and optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to gather requirements and update progress.
  • Ensure effective team collaboration and continuous skill improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance feedback.
  • Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and monitor execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and at least 1–2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Flutter and UI/UX principles
  • Python for backend development

  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior developers and interns.
