Department: Non-Pharma | Healthcare Supermarket (Starcine)

Reports to: Managing Director / Cluster Growth In-Charge

Purpose of the Role

To lead and expand the Wellness & Lifestyle division — covering non-pharma categories such as baby care,

nutrition, skincare, cosmetics, hygiene, and personal wellness — by driving sales performance, customer

engagement, and category growth across all retail branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for all non-pharma categories through in-store promotions,

upselling, and cross-selling strategies.

  • Identify high-potential products, brands, and supplier tie-ups for the Wellness & Lifestyle portfolio.

  • Train, guide, and energize front-line staff to deliver superior customer experiences and meet sales goals.

  • Ensure attractive category layouts, signage, and planograms for improved visibility and faster product

movement.

  • Review sales analytics, category performance, and contribution ratios; submit weekly growth reports to

management.

  • Build repeat business through loyalty programs, membership benefits, and event-based promotions.

  • Coordinate with Purchase, Marketing, and Store-in-Charge teams for smooth operations and timely stock

availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–10 years of retail or FMCG experience, preferably in non-pharma or wellness categories.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a sales-aggressive mindset.

  • Energetic personality capable of motivating teams and influencing store performance.

  • Proven ability to increase category sales and manage multiple retail outlets.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit aligned with brand growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
