Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP and Excel
  • Manage sales, purchase & inventory entries for materials and fittings
  • Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, vendor payments & receipts
  • Assist in GST, TDS & statutory documentation
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and support internal audits
  • Support billing, quotations & financial paperwork
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for invoices and payment follow-ups

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
  • Understanding of GST, TDS & reconciliation
  • Detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
