Job Overview As the Lead ofthe Pre -Sales Function at ADROSONIC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuringour Value -Driven Sales approach is communicated compellingly across proposals,Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations, and other sales collateral. You willcollaborate closely with Sales Heads, Technical Sales Engineers, and Marketingto articulate our offerings clearly, thereby accelerating business growth andcustomer success. Responsibilities:Lead Qualifications:• Supportthe qualification of leads from Marketing qualified Leads (MQL) to SalesQualified Leads (SQL) in close collaboration with Sales Heads. Solution Definition and Proposal Development:• Understandand document prospects' problem statement clearly.• Askinsightful, probing questions to both prospects and internal stakeholders(Sales Engineers, Practice Leads, and Technology Leads) to define high -levelsolutions. Delivery Workshops:• Activelyparticipate in discovery workshops, ensuring solution refinement aligns closelywith clients' needs. Proposal and Sales Collateral Development:• Preparepersuasive, value -driven proposals tailored specifically to prospectrequirements.• Coordinateclosely with Marketing to maintain and update standard sales collaterals, customizingas needed.• Partnerwith Marketing to continuously refine and update sales collaterals based onfeedback from Sales team Proof of Value (PoV) and Demos:• Coordinate with Sales engineers and PracticeLeads to provide necessary inputs and ensure timely preparation of PoVs and customizedDemos, facilitating smooth coordination in the technical solution development. • Lead demonstrations, ensuring clarity andclient alignment. RFPs, Legal and Compliance coordination:• Manage, maintain and own IT Securityquestionnaire responses in coordination with the Risk & Compliance and ITTeams during Sales closure.• Collaborate with Legal on Master Serviceagreements, Statement of Work, and other critical documents. Market Intelligence andCompetitor Analysis:• Regularly monitor and analyse market trends,competitor offerings, and customer feedback to ensure proposals and salescollaterals remain competitive and relevant.
