Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate focused on lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to prospects, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients. The position involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives while adhering to commission-based performance incentives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to craft compelling presentations
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Experience in IT services or related industries (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional)
