Business Development Manager

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the travel, tourism, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the travel and MICE sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and travel partners.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Present customized travel solutions, MICE plans, and proposals to clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Coordinate with operations, tours, and MICE teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to generate leads.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Bachelor's degree (minimum required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and client interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
